You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization. You must be authorized to use the payment method and personal information submitted with the order.

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Notify us promptly if information needs correction. An incorrect address can prevent delivery or make an address change impossible after dispatch.

Review each listing for dimensions, materials, contents, care, and intended use. Accessories or props shown for styling are excluded unless expressly included. General lifestyle descriptions do not replace product-specific specifications.

Images illustrate products and their possible use. Lighting and screen settings can affect appearance. This does not excuse supplying a product materially different from its description.

Products and options are subject to availability. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about a suitable alternative, a revised timeframe, or cancellation and refund. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

The applicable order currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Prices for future orders may change; an accepted order is not repriced without your agreement.

If we discover a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept a corrected offer or cancel the affected purchase for a refund of amounts collected. Mandatory consumer rules apply.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items on the displayed terms. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not by itself confirm acceptance.

We accept an order when we issue a dispatch confirmation or an express acceptance, whichever occurs first. Payment authorization or collection alone does not confirm acceptance.

If we decline or cannot fulfill an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and refund the amounts collected for the canceled purchase.

We may make reasonable checks or decline an order where payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, delivery is unsupported, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful use. Any order limit must be applied consistently with applicable law.

Processing normally takes 2–4 business days after successful payment and necessary verification, and may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. We will contact you if a longer delay becomes known.

We ship to supported United States addresses accepted at checkout. Estimated transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing. See the Shipping Policy for the ship-from location, charges, tracking, and delay procedures.

Where checkout does not expressly include destination import duties, taxes, or clearance charges, authorities may collect them separately from the recipient as permitted by law. We do not undervalue commercial shipments.

Request changes immediately. They depend on fulfillment status and cannot be guaranteed. A successful pre-fulfillment cancellation has no cancellation fee. Dispatched orders generally follow the return process.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Authorization is required before dispatching a return. Approved returns have no restocking fee; change-of-mind return postage is normally paid by the customer.

Refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. Full details appear in our Return & Refund Policy.

Contact us promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Photographs and tracking details can help our review. For a confirmed merchant error, we provide an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by the error.

For a confirmed loss before delivery, we arrange a replacement at no additional charge or an appropriate refund. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Use products only for their described purpose and follow care and safety instructions. Do not assume a product is suitable for food contact, heat, chemicals, children, or a medical purpose unless expressly stated.

Stop using an item if it becomes damaged or unsafe and contact us where appropriate.

Any express product warranty applies according to its stated terms and in addition to rights that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other non-excludable liability.

Each party's responsibility is determined by applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of consumer remedies.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not restrict access to your payment provider, a consumer authority, or a court with jurisdiction.

Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the rules governing the transaction. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory protections available in your place of residence.

We may update these terms for future transactions. The terms applicable when your order was placed govern that order unless you agree otherwise or law requires a change.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive future enforcement.
